PAULINE NADEAU EVANS
Originally from Edmonton, Alberta, I have resided in British Columbia since 1974 and in 2010 moved to my current home in Nanoose Bay, on Vancouver Island.
Painting under my maiden name “Nadeau”, I use mainly acrylic paint, along with glazing techniques & collage. I want to express, on canvas, those exquisite moments in nature, when the sun’s rays transform an ordinary scene into an extraordinary composition. It is my hope that people viewing my art will experience the same excitement that I feel when that special composition presents itself! Nature is amazing and can easily leave one speechless! When there are no words, I use my paint brush! I want to evoke the love of nature, beautify your space and give you a painting that invites your mind and heart to a place of peace and joy.
Choosing an original piece of art is a very “personal” decision. I encourage interested buyers to hang a painting in their home before deciding. The look of a painting can be affected by your home’s lighting and decoration. Talk to me about arranging this for you. Most of my “sold” paintings are available as Giclee prints. They can be printed on fine art paper or canvas and various sizes to suit your space. Please visit my website or find me on Facebook.
